I NEED HELP FROM ANYBODY WHO CAN GET THROUGH TO EMERGENCY NUMBERS. My family's stranded at home (70 St Therese Rd Provident Villages), the water's at the second floor, and the water is still rising. They need rescue. PLEASE PLEASE inform authorities.
